Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Taxes are estimated until checkout. Digital items are delivered via download; services are scheduled by agreement. Refund eligibility is stated per product.

5. Licenses for Downloads

Templates and LUT packs are licensed for individual creators and small productions. You may use them in unlimited projects but may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Workshops and guides discuss physically demanding techniques. You are responsible for evaluating your capabilities and following safety practices on set.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, guides, and branding, belongs to Motionlane Atelier or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motionlane Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
