Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in your on-set camera operator day rate?
A prepared operator with comms discipline, basic rigging tools, and a safety-first workflow. Specialty rigs (steadicam/gimbal) are added as line items; travel and rentals are billed at cost.
Do you teach on personal gear or provided rigs?
Both. We can train on your exact camera and support, or we can provide demo rigs. Our goal is muscle memory that translates to your next call sheet.
How physical is steadicam work, and how do you prep safely?
We cover spine-safe posture, core activation, and step patterns before rigging. We encourage frequent micro-breaks and a safety spotter during complex moves.
What’s your cancellation policy for workshops?
Full refund up to 7 days before the start. Within 7 days, we can transfer your seat to a later date or another participant.
Can I mark products to revisit later?
Yes—use “Add to Fallows” in the catalog. Your list is saved locally in your browser and can be edited anytime.
Do you support ACES and color-managed workflows?
Absolutely. Our LUT packs and guides are labeled for ACES and non-ACES pipelines, with notes for dailies integrity.
Do you offer remote mentorship?
Yes—1:1 sessions over video are available worldwide. We’ll review footage, notes, and rig photos to plan your next steps.
How do templates and downloads work?
After checkout you’ll receive a download link and a usage guide. Updates are free for one year from purchase.
